WORLD FINANCIAL GROUP
Jenny was born in a small village named Jerusalen in Ecuador. Jenny’s parent had to move to the United States when she was two; and she had to stay with her oldest brother and her aunt. Being separated at small age was tough for the whole family; but Jenny turned her circumstances into a spring board to success. She grew strong, and motivated. By the time Jenny reunited with her family at the age of 14 she was already prepared to give her best at school and work. She helped her parents on their small business and took care of her youngest sister for many years to come. Taking immense responsibility from a young age prepared her further for the Business Woman she was meant to be.
At the age of 21 after graduating in Hospitality management, and while performing an internship at the South Street Seaport Museum in Lower Manhattan; Jenny daydreamed of one day working in Wall Street and grabbing a Starbucks every morning on her way to work. That did not happen right away, but it did set off a set of opportunities that put her on that path.
In 2008, Jenny joined a life insurance company that introduced her to the insurance world. She built a career in the company and helped with the growth of the organization. She was promoted multiple times to higher levels until she reached the most desired titled of Vice President where she was leading over 40 Life Insurance Agents and Investment Representatives. She was giving speeches to crowds of over 5,000 people. She was recognized as the #1 Life Insurance Producer in 2012 and received several others awards and distinctions. In January 2015 Jenny made the hardest decision of her life by leaving a position of Regional Vice President to develop her career further as an Independent Financial Professional where she could better educate the Hispanic community. She realized that Latinos have not been properly educated on the concepts, rules, and strategies to achieve financial freedom, and if there was a person that needed to take a lead; it could not be anyone other than Jenny.
Under Fradel Barber’s mentorship, Jenny developed a successful Financial Services Business and opened her Agency 0n Wall Street in January 2019. With the help and support of World Financial Group, Jenny is leading a team of financial professionals on a mission to educate and expand financial literacy to all our communities. Jenny’s plan is to expand her organization by developing leaders and financial professionals and opening new offices throughout the United States.
Jenny is not only visionary; but an action taker. In 2018, she united community leaders and financial professionals to create the Prosperity Leaders; a company focused on generating free workshops, seminars, and events to educate communities on Leadership, Financial Literacy, and Business. In August 2018, after evaluating Latino’s needs, through professional 3rd party insights, and years of experience working with the Latino community, Jenny adapted her mentor’s Women and Wealth movement to the needs of Latina Business Women. Jenny envisioned a movement that would unite Latina Business Women and Entrepreneurs and educate them on matters important to them. What made Mujeres y Riquezas a rapid success; is the collaboration, teamwork, and great sense of community of the Prosperity Leaders! Mujeres y Riquezas created a movement that grew from 50 women in its first event in September 2018 to more than 400 followers in 6 months.
Jenny’s story is one of inspiration and sacrifice; a story of a little girl from a small village of the Ecuador, who comes gratefully to the United States, builds a successful career, but makes the hardest decision of her life to leave it all behind to make the biggest impact for her community. Jenny has been married for ten years and in 2014 gave birth to her baby boy Emmanuel. They live with Jenny’s youngest sister Daisy in East Elmhurst, NY. She also made her dream true of not only working, but owning her business in Wall Street; and drinking her Starbucks coffee on her way there.
